Turning the Calendar

The first day of March. The first day of meteorological Spring. And St David’s Day, patron saint of Wales (this year is the 900th St David’s day).

And for us, to quote the Welsh proverb, at the moment it’s all about “Araf deg mae mynd ymhell”. Good advice from a welsh speaking doctor.
