Perky Polly

I met my friend Roger and Polly the Collie for our Monday morning walk on Ham Hill. Polly will be 5 months old next week and was full of energy, enjoying exploring every nook and cranny.

Here she had hopped up onto the bench at our table outside the pub to pose.

My first Keep Fat since my birthday tonight and our “coach” Jon had baked me a cake which they presented to me at the end of the session (see extra) and we all had a slice before heading to the pub to raise a glass to our friend and founder of our Keep Fat group, Dave, who passed away 7 years ago last Friday and is sorely missed.
