Cerddais i i'r dre heddiw i gwrdd â fy mrawd. Roedd taith cerdded eithaf hir ac roeddwn i fwynhau'r heulwen a'r golygfeydd hyfryd. Roedd taith cerdded i lawr lôn atgofion oherwydd roedd hwn fod yn llwybr i'm gwaith.

Cawson ni ginio yn ‘Pho’ (bwyty Fietnam) ac roedd e'n dda i rannu ein newyddion.

Ar ôl cinio roedd rhaid i mi ychydig o siopa i'w wneud cyn cerdded i'r Rhath i gwrdd â Nor'dzin oedd ymweld â Richard, Steph a'r plant. Pan gyrhaeddwn i ar eu tŷ roedd Nor'dzin a Steph yn mynd allan i gasglu plant o'r ysgol, felly es i gyda nhw. Roedd e'n dda i weld y rhan honno o'u bywyd. Arhoson ni am oesoedd i weld Sam yn dod allan o'r ysgol ac roedd e'n hapus i weld ‘mam-gu a thad cu’. Yna aethon ni i gasglu Zoe o'r feithrinfa cyn cerdded adre yn yr heulwen.

Gnaethon ni chwarae gyda'r plant. Dangosodd Sam y modelau Lego yr oedd wedi'i dylunio o robotiaid o Robot Wars i ni. Mae'n bleser bod yn rhan o fywydau'r plant - ac yn gwneud atgofion newydd.

Yn y pen draw roedd rhaid i ni dal y bws adre i dreulio'r noswaith gyda Dan.

Roedd dydd eithaf egnïol - roeddwn i wedi cerdded 22,000 o gamau - a chysgais yn dda iawn yn wir.

I walked into town today to meet my brother. It was quite a long walk and I enjoyed the sunshine and the beautiful scenery. It was a walk down memory lane because this was a path to my work.

We had lunch at 'Pho' (Vietnamese restaurant) and it was good to share our news.

After lunch I had a bit of shopping to do before walking to Roath to meet Nor'dzin who was to visit Richard, Steph and the children. When I arrived at their house Nor'dzin and Steph were going out to collect children from school, so I went with them. It was good to see that part of their life. We waited ages to see Sam come out of school and he was happy to see 'grandma and grandpa'. We then went to collect Zoe from nursery before walking home in the sunshine.

We played with the children. Sam showed us the Lego models he had designed of robots from Robot Wars. It's a pleasure to be part of the children's lives - and making new memories.

Eventually we had to catch the bus home to spend the evening with Dan.

It was quite an active day - I had walked 22,000 steps - and I slept very well indeed.
