Looking ahead

These are the plants that we brought back from Richmond market yesterday, not for the 'yard but for the the 'new' garden. Methinks we're a little ahead of ourselves here, as it will be a while before we can plant them there, if and when the purchase goes ahead. Hoping they'll survive the vandal blackbird. This morning he's uprooted several plants, and once again scattered soil over the 'yard!

Back to cleaning and tidying the flat, as a couple are coming to view tomorrow. Managed a short walk down to the river in the afternoon, and came back past the distillery. Since I last walked by, a few days ago, lots of work has been done in the grounds - paths have been created and planting has started.
