Closer To Home

Today’s entry is taken within ‘The Policies’.

This ‘winter spring’ is proving very productive as far as flowers are concerned. The number of crocus, snowdrops, and daffodils is far more than I recall from previous years.

Daffodils which appeared to be ‘blind’ and did not produce a flower are now about to flower.

The weather for the next few days does promise a return to winter conditions. Positively Artic according to the more hysterical newspapers. Nevertheless, Yellow warnings from the Met Office are in force.
