Bluebells at The Vyne

Slow day today...

This afternoon we went to The Vyne, a National Trust property not too far away.

C fell over and scrapped his knee and provided all with a 30 minute audition for Casualty - needless to say we tried to distract him with the ducks, birds, butterflies and bluebells. He finally got over it halfway round the walk.

Got home in time for Boyzee to make us fish pie for supper and we polished off the lot with a glass of champers to celebrate parent-in-laws 48th wedding anniversary.

No further news on what happened to my friend, whatever the outcome still very sad.
