Rainy day....
Now there's a surprise!
Headed up to Barnard Castle to visit the Bowes museum... Fab place and very interesting.
On the way back we called in to the Crown at Askrigg for a pint, had a lovely moment chatting to the landlord and early doors regulars. Seems we are on for a lift home on Friday night if we'd like to stay and enjoy more than the regulation two pints.
Evening spent playing backgammon and mostly loosing... Do I care?
