I saw this in the supermarket and was initially repelled by the "offal fry up" description (why in English?), but assuming it wasn't actually guts and gizzards (although the latter are, it seems, very nutricious) I decided to give it a try for dinner. One and a half minutes in the microwave: for a domestic non-goddess, what's not to love? It didn't look anything like the picture of course, being mostly brown except for a bayleaf, so doesn't class as food porn, which has to be aesthetically as well as gastronomically pleasing. It was however quite tasty, and I thought I'd buy it again. Hours later with a growly stomach and the taste still with me, I'm not so sure.
A silly impulse buy for Silly Saturday.
