On moonlight bay!

It's a glorious evening in Busselton.  We walked down onto the beach as the sun was setting and it was wonderful to see dozens of families dotted along the bay and many of them were fishing.  The water was dead calm and many of the fishing rods were being manned by young children.  It took me right back to the days when Mum and Dad and Al, Steve and I would all go surf fishing off the beach.  It's a great pastime.  Tomorrow we head back to Melbourne and then onto Wombat Hollow.  It will be a frenetic few weeks before we return and I think I'm going to tire of Bubble Wrap!!

We had an absolutely amazing meal in Busselton today.  We had heard great things about a small restaurant called Alberta's.  It was sensational.  Quite a quirky set up at the back of a small arcade.  We discovered that the Head Chef Ben used to be the Head Chef at a top restaurant in Copenhagen.  No wonder the presentation was so stunning.  If you're ever heading this way I can highly recommend it :)
