Leaning

Cafe Church this morning when Mr Rat shared about his recent vist to Ghana and it was good to have a few extra people there.
After lunch we cleared away some of the stuff I'd left draining by the pond as I didn't want it getting wet again and then went to recce a run Mr Rat is leading tomorrow. We walked it, an excuse being it's easier to be sure of getting the right route when you've more time, but it was also easier to appreciate the fine trees and have a chat with an older man (not by very much) who used to be in the other Dundee running club shared mutual acquaintances.
It was also the last day of my third virtual challenge of the year and the legs are in need of a rest from running and couldn't have run up the hill today!.
