Navigating The Beagle Channel

... Fortunately NOT on this particular vessel!

Today we returned to mainland South America after having successfully traversed the dreaded Drake Passage, and then cruising the Beagle Channel back to Puerto Williams in Chile, where we embarked on our epic voyage about 10 days ago.

This weathered hulk sits on a sand bar in the middle of the channel, looking rather forlorn and very unseaworthy, but still quite picturesque.  I'm just glad we aren't going to spend the next 120 or so days aboard her!
