Death to Supermarkets

There's an element of resignation to this notice, seen in the window of an antiques emporium in Bridport today.

I was wandering the town looking for photo opportunities while waiting for a hard drive to be checked for serviceability: I bought it as a backup drive in November for my iMac but it recently unmounted itself and wouldn't be re-formatted.

The drive is now working again, strangely, and I have some sympathy with the ambitions expressed here.

Off to Bridport again this evening to the Film Society for a showing of The Shoplifters . . .
