The Queen Elizabeth

Finally, sometime this afternoon  we boarded the Queen Elizabeth at Fremantle, after showing our boarding passes and other  documents seemingly countless times. 
We all managed to reach a bar for relaxing drinks after the embarkation process and organised our dinner table for 10  for the duration of the cruise.
We finally left the port after 10pm, which Mr MC and I watched from our balcony.  Impressive as it was, I failed to get any really decent shots so instead I give you one of the many beautiful staircases which gives a flavour of the ship's stunning Art Deco interior.
