Rome Day 3

Early start the off to the Coliseum. Another excellent Roman construction. Though not as big as I had imagined. Next the Forum and more walking. We noticed the city was much busier today but not sure if it’s because it’s the weekend or if the ‘season’ is now kicking in. Found a fab restaurant on our way back and had a leisurely lunch  with delicious bread that was made on the premises. Back to the hotel to rest or weary feet then back out for a wander. Not needing much to eat but managed a spritz with little platters of finger food.
