The weather today was worse again. Waking up to the thinnest dusting of snow the day deteriorated into heavy cold rain. At least that’s a positive as we’ve not had much rain since we came back from California three weeks ago.

Susan was out with her Old Westborough Ladies for coffee while dispatched a long list of jobs. We walked in the gloom and rain of the afternoon just for form’s sake. No garden centre to visit to provide a splash of colour.

It’s the Marmite Ukulele Club of Kent meeting tonight so that will bring some joy at the end of the day. Fingers crossed still for our journey north on Friday
