A good day with plenty of food and talk despite the inclemency of the weather yet again. It’s turned much colder as the day progressed. The outlook seems uncertain which is a bit of a concern as we’re travelling up to the Lakes on Saturday.

It seems that many of you either watched or planned to watch the programme on the state of our rivers presented by Paul Whitehouse. Many people care deeply about our rivers and other environmental issues but feel frustrated about our ability to challenge those responsible.
