Snow

We headed to Tamworth today, through light snow which despite its persistence in falling, didn't actually lie on the ground and build up a white carpet.

That is until this evening when the temperature dropped and the cars both have a coating of snow.  I grabbed some and quickly grabbed the macro lens to capture the detail.  Nothing fancy and I couldn't find any snow flakes to capture, but maybe I'll get a chance with the expected snow fall we are due tomorrow.  

It seemed quite bizarre to drive down the roads with hawthorn bushes in full blossom mode and the snow drifting passed.
