Before the snow
MrM set off at the crack of dawn to take a couple of instruments down to an international courier in Leeds - they'll pack the instruments, deal with all the paperwork, and ship them. After that, he drove up through the Dales and spent the rest of the day fishing.
Meanwhile, I spent most of the day catching up with some household chores, and sorting out some paperwork. Exciting, eh? Managed a short walk just after lunch. Several 'beds' of multicoloured crocuses on the grass by the river were looking splendid, as were the patches of white crocuses (extra).
Blue sky and sunshine when I set off. Thirty minutes later, when I was about half-way round my walk, heavy snow started and the world turned white for a short while.
