A hectic day.

There was a recall for a check on B’s car this morning, so an early trip into the garage in town, with me following in my car to pick him up. We then went into the centre to get him a set of passport photos.

It was freezing cold and grey skies. We had intended to have some breakfast in town, but decided to head home instead. 

I had a Physio appointment in the afternoon. So when B had a call at lunchtime to say that the car was ready for collection and the there wasn’t a fault in his car, we headed back to town to collect it.

My physio appointment went well. Although I haven’t been very conscientious about the exercises that she gave me to do, all my hard work sorting out the cupboards in the house and garage appear to be helping. She worked on massaging the scar tissue and muscles. Previously that has been so painful, but I barely felt it this time. 

After dinner we had a long zoom session with R. 

I received the picture in extras from Canada this evening. A little ray of sunshine snuggled up under a quilt that I made. A heart warming feeling.
