The slump

Is that it? All that weather hype yellow warning and horror forecast and all we have left is the wet blanket of snow slumping down the windscreens.  It has certainly been two wet days.. yesterday it snowed all day without break and today it has rained all day sometimes pretty hard so we have quite a bit of puddling which needs to drain away..... then spring?  I do hope so. 
I have been very naughty and splashed out on a mini greenhouse.. so as soon as it has arrived I will be sowing seeds for the garden.  It is possible my eldest daughter may secure an allotment which she will share with a friend and so she is super excited to be starting off a few vegs too.. I reckoned my windowsills may not have been big enough for the two of us!
