Fishermans cottage

A tutorial today about changing the design of a photograph to make a new composition to paint.  The lighthouse was originally in the centre of the photo and the plan was not to let the lighthouse be the main focus... instead we shifted it to the left, attempted to reduce its impact.. and to shift the focus to the tiny house to its right.  Some valuable lessons learned. I don't think I was that successful but not all pictures can be a success.. you always learn more from mistakes and not being afraid of making them teaches you more.

Developer attempted to install an EV point today against the wishes of the landowner and with no permissions. He has had to remove it but has left the wires in place.. they dug it across a public footpath.. there has been a complaint lodged with the council planning department...I am so bored of it all.

45 items removed from the house this month.. some still in the house but in charity bags and some out in the bin.. hurrah.. we will see a difference by the end of the month if we keep going!
