Alfie

I liked Alfie better than any of my outdoor photos and there's an extra of him too.

I went out to post a card and collect a book from the library. You have to go further and further these days to find a post box which has a collection later than first thing in the morning. It was cold but with an almost cloudless sky, a lovely day.

I did a few useful things today for the first time since my dislocation and felt better for that, particularly as they all worked out. I also didn't wake up and have to take painkillers in the night which was a major step forward, just hope it stays that way.
