How to blip Wind?

My best shot. Failed every single time to catch the moment when the CD was straight up and finally gave up.
Did not go outside. Too much wind. Way too much.

And why is there a CD tied to the end of a broom stick? A (very) helpless attempt to keep the pigeons from nest building above the balcony. There are so many trees around me - but no, every year they are back. I wouldn't mind, but the mess they leave behind is just too much. One has to see it to believe it.
