Haircut

For the pole. It's difficult to describe but there used to be an old, very broken trellis starting at this pole and working around to the right. This pole is still here because it was too difficult to get out. So I painted it and grew something up it instead - a feature pole! However, looking out through the rain this morning I realised that its too much of a feature. So tomorrow (if its less wet and slightly less chilly) I am proposing to reduce its height by about 50%. I will let you know how it goes!
