Anniversary of sorts

It was 3 years ago to the day that I got in my car and made my way home from London. My relief then was that I had managed to finish my work without getting locked down in a London Hotel. It was the beginning of the major Covid outbreak and I was so happy to be going home.
Today I was in London for the first time since for a CIPD Associate Event.
The journey home was the exact same route - a 3 year anniversary. Time flies.
