Three of the photos were taken today in Blue Rocks. The bottom left one is the three churches in Mahone Bay. I have actually managed to get a 4th church in the photo, The 3 churches in Mahone Bay are a popular photo for tourists and for anyone taking photos.
Blue Rocks is a fishing community near Lunenburg. It is also a tourist area, great for photographers. They run sea kayaking tours from there.
My end goal for today was to have lunch at Arby's in Bridgewater. After driving thru Mahone Bay, Lunenburg and Blue Rocks I headed for Bridgewater.  I didn't want to sit inside to eat, so I got takeout and parked beside the Lahave River and sat in the truck with the window down to enjoy my lunch. On the way home I stopped and had a walk at Queensland Beach. I needed to get out and stretch.
The high temperature today was +6 C with sunshine, so a nice early spring like day. When I came home, some of the snow has been melting beside the walkway. I can see some of the winter aconite again, they started to bloom a few weeks ago, then were covered in snow. There is also some crocus that may bloom tomorrow in the sunshine.
There is another storm in the forecast for next week, Tuesday into Wednesday. Right now, the forecast is for rain for here and only a few cm of snow. I hope that forecast is right and that we stay on the rainy side of the system.  I am getting anxious to be back outside working.
