A night of laughs

Those that have been following me from the start may remember that we won some tickets to comedy at my birthday. Finally, nearly two months on, we got to use them. Decided to make a night of it and eat out at the Stand too. Very good food (but the nachos go soggy from the chilli) and a fantastic evening of comedy.

I've been going on and off to the Stand for 7 years now. I've never once in that time noticed their "pot plants" so I'm assuming they're a new addition. As we queued to get in, it greatly amused me to see the row of plants potted up in: a bin, a cool box and a variety of old metal mop buckets, one of which was complete with a label saying "bog".

Oh, and did I mention, we won two more tickets to the midweek comedy cabaret!
