White and Fluffy

Today started grey with low 'cloud' so pictures were not going to be much good, and flying was off too. Early evening it brightened up though, so decided to take a walk round the local lake and hopefully capture a decent shot of the heron (not evident!), the goslings (too far away and kept moving away faster than I could get anywhere near!) or in fact anything really dramatic and photogenic. I even tried a shot of the tens of thousands (literally) of tadpoles at one end of the lake, but it came out too dark to be of much use ... probably because I left it too late!

So this is today's blip - a fluffy white feather on the grass, which I suppose goes quite well with yesterday's fluffy white dandelion seeds. Another reminder of the fine detail in creation.

The intricacy evident in such things reminds me of the fact that God longs to bless us abundantly, more than we could ever ask or imagine.
