Bron yn ddiamser
Bron yn ddiamser ~ Almost timeless
“People say that a time machine can’t be invented, but they’ve already invented a device that can stop time, cameras are the world’s first time machines.”
― Rebecca McNutt

Heddiw aeth Nor'dzin i gyfarfod Sefydliad y Merched yn Eglwys y Bedyddwyr Ararat ar gomin yr Eglwys Newydd. Es i am y daith gerdded a'r posibiliadau ffotograffig. Mae'n rhywbeth bron yn ddiamser am hen eglwysi. Cafodd Ararat ei dechrau ym 1824 felly mae'n bron ei 200 mlwyddiant. Dwi'n hoffi'r meddwl o ymarfer crefyddol wedi bod yma am ganrif neu dau. Mae'n teimlo fel pwynt sefydlog mewn byd sy'n newid.

Today Nor'dzin went to the Women's Institute meeting at Ararat Baptist Church on Whitchurch common. I went for the walk and the photographic possibilities. There is something almost timeless about old churches. Ararat was started in 1824 so it is almost its 200th anniversary. I like the thought of religious practice having been here for a century or two. It feels like a fixed point in a changing world.
