Mug shot!

This is the best mug ever. You can either get your whole hand round it with your thumb in the gap or put your hand round the gap - either way you hand is kept warm and it is lovely to hold.

I bought it in Newport, Rhode Island in the summer and enjoy morning coffees from it. Not only does it hold a vast amount of the magic potion at that time of the day, but it reminds me so much of happy, warm , sunny days spent with my sister last summer. Aaaaah!

I miss her.

Her daughter Emily and friend Kate arrived in Scotland today and are safely with Susan and my sister's family in Glasgow.

How exciting!!
