Long Day

A recurring theme in my 'Blips' of the last six odd weeks has been the lack of something to do at "work".
We have reached the point now where even other managers just look and shake their heads at the utter futility of it.
So imagine how it felt to re-visit defects with a contractor in tow, the same defects that I spent months trying to get them to spend money on - Oh Well!!
Picked Joshua up from school, home dinner cooked, all of Joshua's Army Cadets uniform ironed, brought back memories.
Then washed, changed and out to the Council Chambers for the Falmouth Mayor Making by kind invitation of Geoffrey Evans, the Mayor.
Now back home trying to read today's Telegraph before it becomes yesterday's news.
