In bloom

Spring is starting to show up in the gardens surrounding my building and here is a collage of three tiny blooms that have popped up.  I saw them when I was walking back from getting my haircut, which I'm so relieved to have been able to get.  This afternoon I finished cutting vegetables for my Stroganov and got the thing cooking.  There were so many vegetables in there that I thought I'd better put it in the crockpot to make sure it all cooked evenly.  I'm waiting for it to finish now.  I'm sure I'll have to correct the seasoning when it's done but I'm hoping it will be really delicious.
