Long-tailed Tit

The forecasters promised us a bright and warmer first part of the day but it turned out quite overcast and not so warm. Nevertheless I had a trip over to the RSPB Fowlmere reserve with my long lens to see what was going on there.

I did see a pair of Marsh Harriers but too distant even for my 600mm.  There were some Greylag Geese doing their thing, a very patient Grey Heron looking for a meal and this tiny long-tailed tit. So not a bed visit...
