Flagging

Oh well, it's a broken paving stone/collapsed barriers blip after having avoided it yesterday. The council put up barriers and sandbags to prevent us tripping over uneven paving stones...ooh, about a year ago. Most of the barriers have been nicked by the guys installing cables and the sandbags are now easier to trip over than the paving stones. This is another one in the series....

Not sure what the yellow garment is - something belonging to a child probably as it seems to have ears.
