Downhill from here

The thermometer told me it was -2 when I first got up, but the temperature had risen a bit to just over freezing by the time I walked to work. A pleasant walk and the birds were singing. 

By lunchtime it had clouded over somewhat and was just a bit grey. I took a walk up Calton Hill where I saw this runner, just about at the highest point of his run and no doubt happy to start the downward trip.

Unfortunately, the downhill trend continued and by the time I headed for home after work it was damp and drizzly. The forecast for tomorrow is not looking great.
