These are screenshots from my Instagram posts….so proud of my talented youngest entered the Roux Scholarship for the 4th time. He has got through to the top 18 for the last 3 years but this time he made the National finals…the top 6 under 30yr old chefs. So proud.
Apparently Brian Turner loved his sauce and Clare Smith said she was impressed by how tidily he worked in the kitchen. Did I mention I am so proud
