Spring flowers

I visited my Mother today, in some trepidation, as I knew she had had an angry outburst yesterday evening, insisting she was going home.(The Care Home had phoned me, and  fortunately  she  accepted my suggestion that she should eat her supper, and then she had  calmed down). 
She was content this morning and, to prove her stamina, she insisted we walk around  the garden three times, which was fine by me. We admired a Camellia bearing both pink, and a few red flowers ( a sport, I think), and these daffodils growing around the  mossy trunk of a cherry tree, and tried to identify a number of other plants now emerging and coming into leaf. It's going to be interesting to see what does appear during the year.
