Back when classics came directly from the factory.
This past weekend was the first outside car show in the Maritimes. It was 4.5 hours away in PEI, but it allowed the world travelling nurse to visit her kin and me to drop off the retirement gift fire truck collage.
There was about 70 cars, several of which I'd question as classics or otherwise, but that's what happens when the crap (e.g., there was a Gremlin present) from the 80's turns 25 and by age alone is deemed a "classic."
Out of the several dozen pics I procured, I choose this rear clip of a beautiful '56 Chevrolet. When you look at these lines and details it makes you wonder what has happened to automobile designers...
