Wanting to stand and cruise everywhere

Crawling is so yesterday. Maple can no longer sit. She has to crawl to the closest thing she can find and stand up. Luckily she is a robust 'little' thing.... She thought it was hilarious to stand in the bath and fall down again... I'm glad someone did. I think we may need to lower her cot as far as it can go. Last night when she woke up, I opened my eyes only to see her smiley face beaming at me. Suddenly the fact that it was 2am seemed trivial.

Bailee is loving calling everyone, (Namely Maple, Oscar and I), "Darling" at the moment. It is so sweet to hear her use this so meaningfully.

Oscar is a motor mouth when he wants to be. Stu was looking for something in his office and he demanded to know, "What are you looking for daddy?" He thought it was a big game, and was a huge help..... the item remains to be found. He is also starting to really love singing. We could hear him singing "Doe a deer..." to sleep tonight!

We planted rocket seeds 2 days ago. They are already growing and the twins are extremely excited and interested in this. It is hard for them to understand that even though plants need water and sunshine to grow, (Something Oscar in particular is very verbal and insistent about), it is not a case of the more water the better!

We all went swimming this afternoon. Our favourite family meal at the moment is fresh snapper :-)
