Mission accomplished

- at least, this one. On our first evening we discovered a pair of whitethroat on the common near the cottage. I promised myself I'd go back and try for a better picture. It's been cold, dull and windy today. We went for a walk at Iken Fen then to Snape Maltings, then back after a bit of shopping. It finally brightened up this evening, but remained pretty windy. I went for a walk to the common and was lucky enough to catch this one - on the gorse again.
