S.I.B.C. Headquarters

More mist hanging around in places, windy and rainy.  There was a fine break of weather about lunchtime.  It's poured down since 4pm.

Early shift in the airport again, and mostly a day on the check-in desk.  One delay on our first Aberdeen flight, all the rest on time.  A fairly busy day of passengers.  Popped by Laura's on my way home.  A quiet evening at home, poor Sammy doesn't even want out with that rain.

I nipped into town after Laura's.  There wasn't much inspiration around with the dull, grey day, until I parked up and this stunning dragon mural cheered up the day.  It was painted by an old colleague and friend, Dirk Robertson, in 2022.  While I love it, a few were against it, as the building sits outside the walls of Fort Charlotte.  The mural stretches across the whole of the S.I.B.C. (Shetland Islands Broadcasting Company) office, Market Street, Lerwick.
