Rainbow Tulips
This morning we went to ukulele class. Our teacher has been unwell with sinus/ear infections for a few weeks but is now well enough to return to work. Appropriately, he had chosen Willie Nelson's "Back on the Road" as our first song. It was great to catch up with everyone again.
Then it was straight home as I had a quick turn around before I headed off to attend a Pilates class. It was only my second class but afterwards I did feel better, especially my neck and shoulders,
I spent some time afterwards this afternoon, following the spectacle of Boris Johnson being grilled by a committee of MPs led by Harriet Harman over whether he recklessly or intentionally misled Parliament over lockdown parties and other shenanigans which were held at 10 Downing Street. I do hope he gets the comeuppance he deserves but I expect he'll get off, as usual.
The tulips were bought for me by Martin as the reward I requested for finding the letter containing a new PIN for his bank card. The letter was so important he had put it in a very safe place - i.e .under a pile of gloves on the hall table (?!) but had then completely forgotten where. It was not the first place I looked, either......! Letter found - normality restored- phew!
