Afternoon at the theatre

THURSDAY

Following several episodes of Atrial Fibrilation last year, I have seen four cardiac specialists who all recommended a catheter ablation procedure.

Not something I was particularly looking forward to having. It involved two hours in the theatre under general anaesthetic and another two hours in the recovery room.

All OK so far. Overnight fully wired-up in the ICU and hopefully I will be home tomorrow.
