Iron Woman

Just because I've bought a less than cheap new iron doesn't mean I have to use it. There are plenty of reasons why not to iron

It is sunny outside
I have a book about the Mitford girls to read
I have been to the dentist
I haven't had my lunch yet
It's too pretty to use
It's too scarey to use
My physio might advise against it
The butler would think I was under alien control if he saw me ironing
The press are not available to photograph the event

The current economic crisis
Jelly babies

And of course, because I hate ironing (the stories the butler could tell !!!)
