Surrey pines
My daughter, Jen, had her first walk out this afternoon since her operation two weeks ago to implant a pain management device. She is under instruction to restrict her physical movements for six weeks to allow it to bed in. It's been rather boring for her so a short walk up the road and across to the RSPCA centre was very welcome and enlivened by rabbits chasing across the field adjoining the centre. This group of pines reflects the fact that Surrey is the most wooded county in England with around 25% tree cover, and pine trees like these are a very common sight.
