Cooling down

Early morning chill is becoming more noticeable, but although it started as a dull and overcast day, it quickly cleared and turned out to be a scorcher.

Arnie left early, picked up by a mate to play golf at the Wanderers. His golf wasn’t the best but the company was great.

A long day for me though as our last meeting of the day was at 4pm and our visitors were late.

We just made it home from Shiv’s outing when a thunderstorm hit again. I think we are going to be in for another very cold winter with the groutb being so damp. Time to stock up on firewood!
