Grey Heron

There were 3 Heron this morning. The young male was waiting at the viewing platform then flew over to the grass when he spotted me. He then took off again and circled around before landing up the slope. The adult male was next and he landed behind me. Then the young female (pictured) landed to the  to form a triangle. The crows were all around and went for their biscuits. All of a sudden everything took to the air as an "unattended springer spaniel went casing everything. The heron flew behind the fence at the edge of the water and one crow returned for a bit of fish that was left. As soon as the dog was out of site they all flew back over and I finished feeding them.
