Grey Heron

There were 3heron again today. First over was the young male (pictured). He had a bit of a feed until the young female flew over at which point he was more interested in his territory. The young female was chased a couple of times but kept returning for a feed. She was joined by the adult male. They all got a fair feed in the end. Two of the crows even got a bit of fish, the rest got biscuits. The young male obligingly posed above his ID picture on the bird ID chart on the viewing platform. Just left as Peppa and her loud owner arrived!
