Tiny Bee

Looking round the garden today I found this tiny bee sitting on a Forget-me-not flower. It was cold so he willingly jumped onto my thumb to warm up (see extra).
At present I am not sure of the species, but I will update you when I know.
It felt so good to be back photographing insects again, my first love.

Edit it is possibly the Common Furrow-bee - Lasioglossum calceatum, but as ID is complicated best recorded as Lasioglossum sp
