Early start, due to this being D's first day of working back on the island. They'll be setting everything up ahead of the abbey opening on April 1st.

I went up to Anything and Everything on Gt Junction St (always a treat!) to get some compost to tide me over - need to sow more seeds. As I passed the extremely underwhelming Mill Lane Park, I noticed these flowers attached to the railings in the corner. There's a little memorial slate - I've put a close-up as the extra so that you can read it. Very unassuming but heartfelt.
